During your showroom visit, we conduct an initial project evaluation and provide an estimated budget. To proceed to the next stage and create your personalized kitchen design, a project fee will be required.
2. Project Design
In your second visit, we present your custom kitchen design, allowing you to explore every detail and make necessary adjustments to match your preferences and needs.
3. Approval and Reservation
Once the project is confirmed, we require a deposit and contract signing with detailed sales conditions.
4. Space Measurement
A qualified team member will take precise measurements at your home to ensure accuracy and prevent potential issues.
5. Order Management
The furniture order is placed with an estimated manufacturing time of six weeks.
6. Construction & Installation
During installation, a specialized technician supervises the process to ensure flawless execution and the highest quality standards.
7. After-Sales Service
One month after installation, we schedule a home visit to assess the entire process and address any concerns, ensuring your complete satisfaction.
